The PRC Model

The model adopts the figures B=0.3mHz, Kf=10000 and Kw=3.2. It can be seen that the model with such parameters lies below the relevant masks shown by the dashed lines. No values were proposed in the relevant standards document [6] but it was necessary to include the noise contribution of a Primary Reference Clock to the maximum reference chain.
