Summary

This chapter has outlined the methods by which results were obtained. This included the implementation of both the basic and extended models using Signal Processing Workstation. Methods used to reduce the SPW output file size and the time to obtain results have been discussed. The techniques used in the simulation of a maximum reference chain using SPW have been presented. Also, the post-processing of SPW output files to obtain TDEV and MTIE data has been discussed. The following chapter presents the results obtained from the simulations that have been described.
