SEC Wander Masks

 Similar to the previous two paragraphs, ETSI have also defined [5] masks for the wander generation of SDH Equipment Clocks. SEC's must satisfy the following the conditions for TDEV and MTIE at their outputs.

As before, the above bounds in the masks depicted in figures 2.11 and 2.12.

It is of note that the SEC TDEV mask, figure 2.11, is inappropriate given that SDH Equipment clocks have bandwidths between 1 and 10Hz ,as discussed in section 2.4.1.
