Post Processing to Obtain TDEV and MTIE data

Two programs were written in C/C++ to perform post-processing of SPW data to obtain TDEV and MTIE results. It was felt that the use of a spreadsheet or MATLAB would be inappropriate given the large number calculations that had to be performed. The source code for the two programs is detailed in this section. The programs were not executed locally but on a SPARC 10 at Imperial College which was very kindly made available by a colleague.
