Continuous TDEV

 A measure has been proposed, [28] known as Continuous TDEV (C-TDEV) which allow TDEV to be calculated as the time error samples are received. The details of this measure have not been examined in any detail but it is envisaged that its use would significantly decrease the time taken to acquire TDEV data as well as requiring significantly less data storage. It would also be elegant if a C-TDEV block was developed for SPW allowing the entire simulation process to run on one platform.
